(With Mounting Plate) Adjustable Foot Block was designed to support sagging rail or fence sections. It is a two-piece unit which comes pre-assembled & ready to mount. The internal ratchet feature allows the Foot Block to expand from 2.000" to 3.500" in 1/4" increments. The top portion is 1.145" x 1.145" to be screwed into the bottom of a 1-3/8" or wider horizontal rail. A #10 x 3/4" stainless steel screw is provided in the kit. The skirt portion of the base measures 2.000" x 2.000". An additional #10 x 3/4" stainless steel screw and color matched screw cap is supplied. This screw can be installed into the side of the Foot Block for those demanding load applications. All of the components are packaged in a 2 mill heat-sealed polyethylene bag. Kit #1255 includes all of the components in kit #1254 plus a Floor Mounting Plate and an additional #10x3/4" stainless steel screw. The Floor Mounting Plate is screwed into the deck and is then glued to the Foot Block. The result is a Foot Block that prevents movement in all directions. Colors are available.
